The Hastakshar art gallery at Vivanta by Taj, Guwahati witnessed an enthusiastic bunch of around 100 Guwahatians recently, keen to get an on-the-spot caricature done by emerging caricature artist Pritom Boro. The event saw visitors amused by the talent of the young artist.
“Engaging in the creative-artistic process can free people up, open thought process, help people express themselves easily, offer a level playing field for discussion and connect with a sense of creativity they may have lost in the process of growing-up. This event – mixed with fun and creativity – was a step towards that vision”, said Sunit Jain, director at Hastakshar.
“Vivanta by Taj has always appreciated creatively engaging the guests in various activities in order to bond with the visitors, and this event was one of a kind that helped us recognize the emerging talent of Northeast India through the specific genre of art,” said KK Agarwal, general manager at Vivanta by Taj, Guwahati.
