Premium global smartphone brand Vivo on Wednesday, June 1, unveiled its Faster than Faster device Vivo V3 in Guwahati. This was after popular Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh became the brand ambassador of Vivo and launched the phones in India. Customers in Guwahati as well as the entire Northeast will now be able to upgrade to the faster device from retail outlets across the region.
Commenting on the occasion, CMO at Vivo India, Vivek Zhang said, “We are excited to offer our latest innovation V3 to the largest and most cosmopolitan city of Northeast, Guwahati. As we continue to strengthen our operations, this device will provide us the impetus in spreading our wings in Guwahati to further expand our presence in the North Eastern region.”

Following our aggressive approach, we have also signed the dynamic and energetic Ranveer Singh as the brand ambassador of Vivo.” The phone is priced at Rs 17,980.
Since Vivo’s entry into the Indian smartphone industry in December 2014, the company has grown remarkably over the last two years. In the last one quarter, Vivo’s smartphone shipment has grown by 759% and the latest research report by counterpoint is the testimony to the phenomenal growth of Vivo in the Indian market.

The V3 is marvelously designed with metal body along with the 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass in the front. The zircon-sand coated and anodized aluminum alloy makes an elegant, shimmering and smooth back cover.
The fingerprint unlocking allows the user to unlock the phone as fast as 0.2 seconds from and 0.5 seconds in sleep mode. The Ultra-speedy 360˚ fingerprint touch recognition system in V3 identifies the finger from any angle for unlocking.
It measures 12.7 (5) HD display with the resolution of 1280×720 pixels and powered by Octa-core Snapdragon 616 processor. The Vivo V3 is coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. The device runs on Funtouch OS 2.5 based on Android 5.1 which stabilizes the whole system and makes it run fast.
V3 house the same camera hardware. It features a 13MP primary camera and 8MP front camera. The supremely advanced camera features result in a delightful photo capturing experience.
The V3Max launched last month and has been a hit with the audience, comes with the 5.5-inch Full HD dispaly one with a 2.5D glass on top. V3Max flaunts Snapdragon 652 SoC processor with 4GB RAM and the battery has 3,000 mAh capacity.
