German luxury car manufacturer Audi, on Friday, launched the all-new Audi A4 in India, along with Guwahati. With more technical finesse, comfort and sophisticated engine unit packed in the new Audi A4, the German manufacturer is looking to further strengthen its position in the luxury sedan segment – one where direct competitors like Mercedes have made commendable strides.
The Audi A4 packs in brilliant performance and redefines efficiency, drivability and high class infotainment in an outstanding form. The Audi A4 is priced at INR 4,236,000 onwards ex-showroom Guwahati.
“Audi A4 is a fascinating synthesis of technology and esthetics. All the technology in the brand’s bestselling family has been redeveloped so that it yet again defines the benchmark in the segment. Light weight and more powerful, it is more than just a car,” said Joe King, Head, Audi India.
Audi A4 comes with a 1.4L TFSI four cylinder engine that generates an output of 150 hp with fuel consumption of 17.84 kmpl. Audi A4 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.5 seconds with top speed of 210 km/h. It comes with a new 7-speed transmission.
Besides, one the inside, the Audi A4 boosts of the Audi Virtual Cockpit which is completely driver focused. “Every information is directly in front of the driver – from navigation arrows to dynamic animations and infotainment features,” a company release said.
