Announcing the festival on Tuesday, chef Sushanta Sengupta said, “Ilish festival is one of our signature festivals and we spend a lot of time deciding the menu. Our chefs continuously plan and innovate through food trials, and that is how we maintain the exclusivity of our menu. The Ilish festival menu this year is sure to please palates.”  The menu for the month-long Ilish festival is priced between Rs 365 to Rs 550.

Other than the Ilish festival special menu, the restaurant also serves a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. There are a wide range of prawns, bectki, rohu, pabda, chitol, promfret, chicken and mutton dishes. For the vegetarians, the restaurant serves tasty mocha dishes among others.
