Royal Global University, Guwahati, will host its 10th edition of ‘Consensio – Alohian Rhopsody’ from February 22-24.
The three day extravaganza of inter-college competitions, workshops and cultural evenings by celebrity artists will see the hunt for Mr & Ms Consensio, Battle of Bands, cooking competition, stand up comedy and rap battles.
In the 10th year, Consensio’ 19 has Sunburn Campus, Beebay: Prabhdeep & team and the singing sensation Shamali Kholgade, performing live.
Some of the major highlights of the event this year would be ‘Technovanza’ including the engineering competitions, ‘Urjaa’ involving the business school competitions, and other events such as ‘Art Beats’, ‘Fest-o-Fiesta’, ‘Literarum’, ‘Media Blitz’ and a ‘Gaming Zone’.
Students from across Guwahati and other parts of the Northeast and India are expected to participate in the event.
The fest will also feature the conferring of title, ‘Pride of Northeast’ to Jadav Payeng.
