A freshly-done menu, along with elaborate bar options, awaits foodies as popular North Indian cuisine restaurant Rang De Basanti Urban Dhaba, located at GS Road in Guwahati, pumped up its offerings.

The restaurant announced a fresh menu for the foodies in Guwahati on Thursday besides formally opening their bar. The new menu, which now has a separate ‘Chakhna’ section with items like Peanut Masala, Tawa Aloo Anaar ki chat, Lakhan Pur Ke Gulgule, Aanda Masaledar are the perfect match with a drink or two.

“We have always tried to give our patrons a singular experience every time they step into our restaurant. We want to be the default choice of the people for North Indian cuisine in the city,” said Raj Dwip Pandey, Director- Operations of the brand.

The additions do not stop here. New starters like Crispy Aloo Maggi masala, Mutton pepper fry, Desi Fish n Chips give a North Indian twist to your favourite classics. The main course has new dishes like Dahi Hing Aloo, Mushroom Makai Pyaaz, Chicken Palang Tod, all of which promise to leave a long-lasting taste in your mouth.

Unique drinks from the new menu include Daiquiri Banta, Teekha Hawaian Mojito, Desi Tharra, Imli-Rita and Sharabi Lassi, among others. Besides, the restaurant now offers various alcoholic Chuskis & Bantas as well.
