COVID-19 cases in Nagaland increase to 9

With the detection of five new COVID-19 cases in Nagaland, the total number of cases in the state went up to 9 on May 27.

The detection of the five new COVID-19 cases was informed in a tweet by Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Minister S Pangnyu Phom. He said that out of the five new cases, four cases were registered in Dimapur and one case was reported in Kohima. All the five cases are the returnees from Chennai.

The health minister informed that all patients are undergoing proper medical treatment at COVID-19 hospitals in Dimapur and Kohima.
