A 42-year-old woman in Meghalaya, who had tested negative for COVID-19 in her last test, was again found positive on May 3, a health official said. She was undergoing treatment after she was tested positive for the virus on April 15.
“The swab sample of the patient was found positive again for Novel coronavirus on Sunday in the second re-test which was conducted 24 hours after the woman tested negative on Friday,” Director of Health Services, Dr Aman Warr said.
He said the patient will the tested every three days till the result yielded negative.
The senior medical informed that the patient is stable at the COVID-19 hospital.
