NorthEast United FC has announced the association of Parimatch News as the main sponsor for season seven of the Indian Super League (ISL).

Parimatch News is a sports, e-sports and entertainment outlet for all sports enthusiasts.

“We are delighted to have them with us as our main sponsor. They are a vibrant brand whose mission and vision are aligned with ours, and we are confident that that this will be a successful partnership,” said Priya Runchal, executive director of NEUFC.

With head coach Gerard Nus at the helm, the Highlanders have the youngest side in the league and will look to start their season on the right note against one of the top contenders in the league.

Speaking on the association, Japneet Singh Sethi, marketing lead – India of Parimatch News said: “I’m chuffed to bits, to say the least. The Northeast is a region that is obsessed with football to the extent that people over there worship the sport, just like we do. This association is therefore quite fitting.”
