In a bid to spot talents and provide them with a proper platform to groom their talents, Assam Cricket Association (ACA), through its State Cricket Academy, is organising a series of trials and selection camps in six different venues throughout Assam from April 3 to 20.

ACA secretary Devajit Saikia in a statement issued on March 30 said that in these selection camps, boys and girls between the age group of 13 to 15 years will be allowed to take part.

The selected players will be inducted into the residential academy of State Cricket Academy under ACA in Guwahati.

The ACA statement said that players – both boys and girls – can attend the camps along with their age proof certificates. The players will be allowed to attend the camps in their respective zonal venues. However, they may also attend the camps at any of the six venues as per their convenience.
