Most of the participants and officials for the South Asian Cross Country Championships (SACCC) and the 56th National Cross Country Championships have arrived in Nagaland on March 24.

All the international teams including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Nepal have reached Kohima.

Twenty-eight teams comprising approximately 671 persons representing states, UTs and others have arrived in Nagaland on March 24.

Team Nepal comprising of 9 members was the first international team to have reached Nagaland.

On arrival, the participants and guests were received at Dimapur airport and Dimapur railway station by members of the reception committee.

They were then connected with the respective liaison officers through the reception committee after which they proceeded to Kohima.

The SACCC reception committee and security personnel will be in the train station 24X7 for facilitating the participants/guests.
