Assam’s largest dairy cooperative, Purabi Dairy, has introduced a full cream variant of milk – Purabi Gold – just ahead of Rongali Bihu.

West Assam Milk Producers’ Cooperative Union Ltd (WAMUL), popularly known as Purabi Dairy, announced the availability of the Purabi Gold full cream milk across Guwahati and nearby areas. As high fat milk is in great demand across Assam among the consumers and sweet shop owners, WAMUL has launched the Purabi Gold one litre pack which contains 6 per cent fat and 9 per cent SNF.

“In our endeavour to offer quality milk products to the consumers of Assam, we have launched the full cream milk variant – Purabi Gold this Rongali Bihu. The one litre packs of Purabi Gold are now available in the market. The latest launch is an addition to our already attractive offerings of standardized milk, curd, paneer, cream, lassi, ghee and other products,” said a spokesperson of the dairy cooperative.

Sending their appreciation and best wishes on behalf of the 29,000 farmers of the state who are associated with the dairy cooperative, Purabi Dairy also started a radio jingle campaign on the occasion of Rongali Bihu. Welcoming everyone to be a part of the White Revolution, the catchy jingles re-emphasize on Purabi Dairy’s new tagline – Axomor Xuwaad, and wish the people of Assam a prosperous Assamese new year.

Purabi Dairy has been at the forefront in helping provide livelihood to more than 29,000 dairy farmers in the state. Being the largest dairy cooperative in the region, Purabi Dairy has grown from strength to strength in ensuring a round the year remunerative market to its associated dairy farmers besides providing quality-based value-added products to its esteemed consumers.
