Upper Assam-based real estate group, JSB Infrastructures, has won two prestigious awards at The Economic Times Real Estate Conclave & Awards 2022.
JSB Infrastructures, a real estate group from Dibrugarh with several residential projects under its belt, won two awards for its residential projects – JSB Spring Field at Tinsukia and JSB Aranya at Dibrugarh.

ET Real Estate Awards are one of the leading and most prestigious awards in the real estate sector. This year Pankaj Dharkar, chairman, ASSOCHAM GEM was the jury chair while 18 luminaries formed the grand jury who judged the nominations meticulously to select the winners.
JSB Spring Field, located at Bordoloi Nagar, Tinsukia, won the ET Realty award in the ‘Residential Project – Affordable Housing (Non-Metro: Ongoing)’ category while JSB Aranya, located at TR Phukan Road, Dibrugarh, won the prestigious award in the ‘Residential Project – Mixed Used (Non-Metro: Completed)’ category.
Among the other ongoing projects, JSB Infrastructures is offering JSB Serene Tower at Amolapatty, Dibrugarh; JSB Jyoti Residency at Dwarah Chuk, Dibrugarh; JSB Lake Front at Bordoloi Nagar, Tinsukia and the award-winning JSB Spring Field at Bordoloi Nagar, Tinsukia.
The company has announced only one upcoming project – JSB Shanti Kunj at Khalihamari in Dibrugarh.
Earlier in April this year, JSB Infrastructures won four prestigious awards at the 14th REALTY+ Excellence Awards | EAST 2022. The group had been awarded with three prestigious titles last year.
