A men’s national ranking prize-money tennis tournament will be held in Guwahati from January 23 to 27.
The All India Tennis Association-organised national competition is being hosted by the Khanapara Long Tennis Academy (KLTA), adjacent to Khanapara Ganesh Temple in Guwahati.
Players from around 17 states of India will participate in it. Khanapara Long Tennis Academy director NK Das said in a statement that the qualifying rounds have started from January 20 to 22.
A total of 32 players will be selected from the qualifying rounds.
The winners will be given a cash reward of Rs 1 lakh and citations along with prizes.
