ANSAM legislative assembly meet on March 29

The All Naga Students’ Association, Manipur (ANSAM) has informed to all the constituent units and sub-ordinate bodies of the student body that the first legislative assembly of the ANSAM for the tenure 2022-2024 has been summoned on March 29 at Leishokching village, Chandel district, to be hosted by Theemjih Teen Tarao Ruulkhat (Tarao Students’ Union).

The ANSAM said that the assembly will commence at 11 am.

“All the constituent units of the ANSAM are further informed to submit the recommendation letter of the interested candidates in their respective official letter heads duly signed by the president to the office of the ANSAM before 24th March 24, 2023, for induction to the posts of speaker, deputy speaker, secretary, deputy secretary, assistant general secretary, secretary for publicity, information and public relations, secretary for education & statistics-editor, secretary for games and sports,” the notice said.

The student body also said that the main agenda(s) of the legislative assembly from the office of the ANSAM will be put up on March 25 and the units seeking to place any agenda(s) for discussion during the assembly will have to submit their agenda in their respective official letter head 1 hour prior to the commencement of the legislative assembly.

“All the concerned are requested to attend the aforementioned assembly positively on time,” it added.
