Gauhati Press Club won ASJA Inter-Media T20 Cricket Championships at the Nehru Stadium in Guwahati on March 19.

The press club beat Media Management by 8 runs in a thriller of a final which was truncated to 10-over-a-side due to inclement weather.

Winning the toss, Media Management opted to field. With the help of Mriganka Jyoti Sarma’s 31 runs off 18 balls and Raj Hussain’s unbeaten 32 off 28 balls, Gauhati Press Club scored 88/2 in 10 overs.
