In honour of all the super mothers, the restaurants will be serving a range of delectable dishes specially crafted to celebrate the special occasion on May 14.
The Mother’s Day brunch menu at Café B-You at Radisson Blu Guwahati will feature an array of breakfast favourites and brunch specialties, including Achari Channe Pulao, Malai Kofta, Malai Broccoli, Dhuadhar Chicken Tikka, Chicken Provincial Pie, Caponatta- Sicilian Eggplant Relish and many more mouth-watering dishes. Brunch will be served from 12.30pm to 4pm at Cafe B-You, while dinner will be served at The Great Kabab Factory from 7pm to 11.30pm.
The dinner menu at The Great Kabab Factory will feature a selection of delectable entrees such as Achari Paneer Tikka, Kamal Kakdi ki Sheekh, Bharwan Capsicum, Dahi Khajuri ki Tikki, Galouti Kabab, Amritsari Tawa Machi, Gosht Awadhi Seekh.
With such a wide selection of dishes, there’s sure to be something for everyone to enjoy.
