Barbeque Nation, India’s leading casual dining restaurant chain, has given a makeover to its restaurant in Guwahati with the brand’s new logo and theme of decor. Reinvented in Volume 2.1, the outlet boasts of a fresh new appearance, lip smacking new recipes and signature dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience. The new logo sports a crown atop the brand name with white and orange schemes.

Attending the re-launch event, leading actress Barsha Rani Bishaya said that with the new brand identity, the Guwahati’s favourite restaurant will surely inspire the foodies to enjoy a lip smacking full-course meal. “I was present at the opening of Barbeque Nation in Guwahati. Since then, I have seen Barbeque Nation grow as Guwahati’s favourite restaurant, winning many awards and also the love of the foodies. I am sure the new look with inspire the foodies in Guwahati to visit the restaurant again and again,” she said.

Other surprises include, changes to colour schemes inside, new seating arrangements, refreshing new ambience, new-look uniforms of staff, an open kitchen, new wall décor, music and more, offering a more upbeat look and feel. Customers can look forward to greater customization to suit individual tastes and watch food being prepared and customized according to their requirements. The outlet is spread across an area of 5,000 square feet and accommodates 150 guests.

Barbeque Nation, pioneer of ‘DIY’ (do-it-yourself) cuisine with a concept of live on-the-table grill, is the largest casual dining brand in the country. The eat-all-you-can buffet offers an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread. The famous starters on offer include Duck Curry, Masor Tenga, and Aloo Pitika.

To satiate the diner’s sweet tooth, the dessert menu comprises Pitha, Narikol laddoo, and Bora Chawal Payes, along with a wide range of Kulfis at the restaurant’s most famous Kulfi Nation counter, where guests can mix various flavours and create different combinations.

In the Northeast, Barbeque Nation is also present in Dimapur. Speaking of the expansion plans, the company spokesperson said that they are exploring other markets like Shillong.
