Asaduddin Owaisi

All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief and Hyderabad MP, Asaduddin Owaisi on December 5 said he would raise the Nagaland civilian killings incident in the Lok Sabha on December 6.

At least 13 civilians were killed in an ambush by security forces in Mon district of Nagaland on December 4.

Owaisi, while expressing condolences to families of all those who lost their lives in Nagaland, on Twitter, said that Union home minister Amit Shah should be sacked over the Nagaland incident.

“Shah should not be allowed to resign. Only sacked. I will be giving an adjournment motion tomorrow in Lok Sabha,” he tweeted.

In a series of tweets, the AIMIM leader said all his peace accords with fringe groups were meant to deceive. “Seven officers were killed by insurgents in Manipur in November. No peace in Northeast, only violence,” Owaisi wrote.

The lives of 9 army men in Kashmir were not avenged with any surgical strike, but playing cricket in Dubai immediately after, he said.

Shah’s ‘macho’ removal of Article 370 and statement of taking back Aksai China is a “jumla”, now with the Chinese occupying parts of Ladakh and Arunachal, he tweeted.
