The 10th edition of the monthly e-Pragati meeting, organized by the Arunachal Pradesh government to review implementation of projects and schemes in the state, will be held at Pasighat on December 19-20.

On the platform every month, the chief minister interacts with government officials including deputy commissioners and field officers to review the progress of the important central and state government projects and schemes being implemented in the districts.

Pasighat, the headquarters of the East Siang district, will host the meeting this month which will be the 10th edition of the e-Pragati programme envisioned by chief minister Pema Khandu.

“The 10th Arunachal e-Pragati meeting is scheduled to be held at the College of Horticulture & Forestry (CHF) Auditorium, Pasighat from December 19 to 20 to review the progress of all major developmental projects and flagship central & state sponsored programmes,” informed East Siang district planning officer T Mibang.

The two-day meeting, to be chaired by chief minister Pema Khandu, will also take up for deliberations on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) besides various developmental issues, he said.

Deputy chief minister Chowna Mein, ministers, MLAs, chief secretary, commissioners, secretaries and deputy commissioners from the districts, among others, will attend the e-Pragati meeting.

The monthly monitoring and review meeting of the state government is for promoting pro-active governance and ensuring timely implementation of projects & schemes for the benefit of the people, Mibang said.
