SM Developers salutes COVID-19 warriors; donates protective gear to Assam Police

Leading Guwahati-based real estate group, SM Developers has acknowledged the service rendered by the police personnel during this COVID-19 pandemic.

SM Developers donated protective face shields and hand gloves to Assam Police, thanking them for helping the state fight novel coronavirus disease.

A senior management team of SM Developers recently visited the Assam Police Headquarters at Ulubari in Guwahati and met AIGP (admin) Vaibhav Nimbalkar Chandrakant and donated protective face shields and hand gloves for the police personnel of Assam.

“SM Developers believes that, apart from being police personnel, they are also a normal human being and have a family like all of us. While they are dedicating themselves whole heartedly for this fight, we from SM Developers extended a small contribution to the police force as a token of appreciation towards their huge scarifies to the mankind,” a statement from the company said.

Police personnel are fighting from the front along with other government machineries against this unseen virus and while doing so, a few from this fraternity have sacrificed their lives too,” the statement added.

SM Developers also thanked the health workers and all other COVID-19 warriors who are at the forefront and helping humanity fight this virus.
