Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal felicitated Sonali Kerketta and Bondona Pator from Dikom Tea Estate and Pollovi Das Panika from Hokonguri Tea Estate on their selection for higher studies at Asian University for Women in Chittagong, Bangladesh in Dibrugarh on July 6.
Sonowal while congratulating the students said that their selection would inspire other girls of the state as well. He conveyed best wishes to them and expressed hope that they would excel in studies with hard work and perseverance. He further assured to extend all necessary support from the government in their academic pursuit.
