In a spectacular display in the sky of Naga Heritage Village Kisama during the inauguration of Nagaland Hornbill Festival, three Sukhoi fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force attracted the visitors.

The Indian Air Force Eastern Air Command at Shillong flew three superior multi-role state of the art fighter aircraft Sukhoi 30 MKI from Chabua airbase near Dibrugarh to Kisama, to commemorate the 57th Statehood Day and Nagaland Hornbill festival on December 1. The aircraft flying in VIC Formation of 102 Squadron also called as trisonics were led by Wing Commander Aditya Suhag and Group Captain Vipul Mishra.

Nagaland government on November 30 informed the visit of the Sukhoi fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force and advised the people not to panic on the thundering sound of Sukhoi aircrafts.
