Three fresh COVID-19 cases in Assam

Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on April 3 informed about three fresh COVID-19 cases in the state, taking the total tally to 23.

The fresh cases were reported from Kamrup Metro, Kamrup and Morigaon districts.

Sarma, in a tweet, informed that of these three cases, two of them had travelled to Nizamuddin in Delhi to attend a religious event.

Earlier in the day, 4 positive cases of Coronavirus disease were reported, taking the total tally to 20 in the state from yesterday’s 16 cases.
