Three men from Imphal West district were detected with COVID-19 among 323 people tested at VRDL, RIMS. Their samples were collected on May 20.
The total number of positive cases increased to 39 while 35 of them are active at present, said Khoirom Sasheekumar Mangang, Additional Director & Spokesperson Health department.
Four persons were earlier declared negative and were released from the hospitals.
Around 5041 tests were conducted in the state so far. A total of 486 persons were under home quarantine, 5834 in government quarantine and 9154 persons in community quarantine.
