Tripura CM seeks Amit Saha’s help to bring back stranded students

Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb on April 28 requested Union Home Minister Amit Shah to allow point-to-point transportation facility to bring back students stranded in different locations of the country.

“The chief minister today spoke to Union home minister over phone on the issue and got a positive response from Shah,” said government spokesman and Law Minister Ratan Lal Nath.

The state government is waiting for formal communication, he added.
