Arunachal Pradesh reported two new cases of COVID-19 on June 7, taking the state’s tally to 51. The Northeast state now has 50 active cases.
“Two more case of COVID-19 today. Both cases from Changlang quarantine centre,” Directorate of Health Service informed through a tweet.
Both the cases detected are asymptomatic.
Arunachal Pradesh has witnessed spike in the number of COVID-19 cases since last week when 18 cases were detected on June 1. The state was COVID-free since April 17 when the first patient was released from the hospital after he recovered from the disease.
