As India is leapfrogging into a digital economy, there has been a massive increase in online traffic and conversations across diverse platforms and content forms. For businesses and public figures alike, it has sparked the requirement of better technology to understand audiences and their interaction with their topics of interest and concern.
Addressing this, Bhaskar Bhuyan, an entrepreneur hailing from Assam has led the development of a platform that will analyse discoverability and digital presence of brands.
The proprietary tool of his Delhi-based startup Digibility gleans insights from conversations using social listening as well cross-channel analytics of Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. for high stakes decisions.
Currently, at its beta stage, the platform will be infused with AI and predictive audience intelligence to chart out roadmaps based on centralized data.
Bhuyan, who has served as a strategic consultant across online reputation management, business communication and political consulting firms, founded Digibility in 2020 to provide digital visibility solutions to high-net-worth individuals, organizations, and businesses.
The firm’s key solutions include reputation and perception management, advisory for media and political organizations, and a series of brand activation services.
“It is very important to understand audiences at a deep level and evaluate digital visibility and perceptions surrounding a brand. All that we are trying to do is integrate data on the basis of its relevance and correlations, and give it metrics that would be useful for any business,” Bhaskar Bhuyan said.
Digibility is set to launch a series of solutions for Northeast market and plans to expand operations by 2022. The organization will also be recruiting and deploying resources in Guwahati.
