Manipur reported 1,171 fresh COVID-19 cases and 15 deaths on July 17.
In the past 24 hours, the state recorded 1,171 persons with COVID-19 infection. It includes 595 males and 576 females.
The State Level Covid-19 Deaths Audit Committee reported 15 COVID-19 deaths on July 17. The cumulative number of deaths now stand at 1,365 in the Northeast state.
On July 17, 742 persons were discharged after they recovered from the viral infection. The cumulative number of positive cases stands at 83,859, recovered cases at 73,047, and active cases at 10,812.
Till July 17, 87.10 per cent people recovered from COVID-19 from among the positive cases in Manipur.
