Tezpur University ties up with NSE to start job-oriented skill building course

The Tezpur University has tied up with National Stock Exchange (NSE) to provide a part time professional certificate programme in stock market.

The business administration department at Tezpur University, in collaboration with NSE will start a ‘NSE Certified Capital Market Professional’ (NCCMP) programme this year. The part time professional certificate programme in stock market will provide practical exposure to the participants besides creating skilled manpower in the financial securities market.

The duration of the course is of one semester and is open to anyone with 45% marks in graduation. The classes are to be held two days in a week during evening hours. Classes for the Autumn 2017 session will start from August 29.

The detailed admission notice is available in the university website and the last date to receive applications is August 23, a media release stated.

NCCMP is one of the flagship programs of NSE which has been successfully running across India. Till now around 4,800 students have completed this training program.
