CM Sarma meets governor, briefs him of digitization of office files

Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma met Governor Jagdish Mukhi at Raj Bhavan in Guwahati on October 28 and apprised him of the prevailing situation in the state.

A statement from the Raj Bhavan said that the leaders discussed several issues.

The chief minister also briefed the governor of the steps being taken by the government for digitization of office functioning, the Raj Bhavan said.

The duo also discussed on the various steps being taken for the improvement of higher education in the state.
