Low-cost commuter, SpiceJet has added two direct flight service – from Guwahati to Patna and Guwahati to Varanasi on all weekdays.
SpiceJet is deploying a Bombardier aircraft with single class configuration offering 80 seats in Economy Class for the service, a statement from the Guwahati airport said.
The latest addition will further boost connectivity at Guwahati’s Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport.
The inward sector Flight SG-2952 departs Guwahati at 5:55 am to reach Patna at 7:50 am. On the other hand, SG-2991 departs Guwahati at 4:30 pm and arrive Varanasi at 6:15 pm.
One-way ticket rate for a Guwahati-Patna flight was Rs 5,388 on the SpiceJet website while that for a Guwahati-Varanasi flight was Rs 7,304.
The statement from the Adani Group-managed Guwahati airport said that the flight services will be operational till October 28.
