Renowned Chef Shabir, hailing from the picturesque town of Pahalgam in Kashmir, has meticulously crafted an exclusive menu featuring the region’s most cherished dishes. Guests can savor the authenticity of Kashmiri culinary artistry through an array of signature dishes, including the iconic Mutton Rista, Gustaba, Tabak Maaz, Waza Kokur, Lahabi Kebab, Nadru Yakhni, and the aromatic Kawa.
