New menu launch of restaurant Nest Asia

Premium authentic Asian cuisine restaurant, Nest Asia, at Radisson Blu Guwahati had decked up its menu offerings with the addition of most savoured Northeast cuisines for the esteemed guests.

The ‘Flavors of Seven Sisters and a Brother’ section in the new menu features soups, appetizers, main course and desserts from each of the eight Northeast states. The soup section includes the unique taste of Thukpa from Sikkim, Nakham Bitchi from Meghalaya and Chamthong from Manipur. The appetizers include Singju from Manipur, Misa Mach Poora from Mizoram, Doh-Neiiong of Meghalaya and Bashchuri Fry from Arunachal Pradesh.

The grand main course selection includes Haah Joha Kumura, Lai Xaak Gahori, Koldil Murgi and Paro Mankhxo Jalukiah from the Assamese cuisine. Nga-Thongba (of Manipur), Mui Borok (of Tripura) and Naga special Amarusu (chicken) completes the main course selection.

In the vegetarian section, Nest Asia is serving Bhendir Sarsori, Mati Dali Khar and Ronga Lau aru Kol Posola.

The ‘Flavours of Northeast’ offering is well rounded with special desserts like Mohura Pitha and Chak-hao Kheer.

The luxury restaurant, nestled inside Radisson Blu Guwahati, has also upped their Flavours of Asia selection with a vast range of options in Soups, Dimsums, Appetizers, From the Wok, Thai curries, Rice & Noodles, and Desserts selections.

Executive chef at Radisson Blu Guwahati, K Karthikeyan, expressed his passion for bringing the authentic flavors from across the Northeast states to the forefront.
